UNION DISCOUNT

When my husband's firm, a City of London money brokers, celebrated its centenary in 1985, he and I wrote the company's history. We searched the company's archives, George interviewed many City personalities and we wrote the book together. It was praised by publications as divers as The Daily Telegraph, The Banker, and The Director. A former Managing Director wrote:
